I studied in Genoa, and graduated in Modern Foreign Languages and Literature, specialising in art. I began working as a tour guide in 1994, as well as collaborating with various conference organisers.
I have many years of experience as a tour guide, working for leading Italian and foreign cruise companies, cultural associations and groups; in search of new challenges, I decided to start guiding individual travellers.
Between 2007 and 2013 I helped various firms organise major automotive events, including the Mille Miglia, the Targa Florio and the Maserati Centennial Gathering, managing relationships with collectors and the fans of large brands like Ferrari.
For several years I was vice-president and secretary of the Liguria Tourist Guide Association, working with public and private bodies to promote the Genoa and Liguria region.
This experience of working with the public and my love for my local area were the inspiration behind Hello Genoa, which aims to act as a cultural mediator between travellers and my homeland.
